Store Policies
Processing Time:
Depending on availability and size of order, the following is the timeline for creation of custom request and shipping of orders -
- All candles, candle holders and glass products may require 5-6 days to create and ship
- Handmade hair accessories take 1-2 days to ship
- All sewing products (dresses/skirts/etc) will take 4-5 days to ship
- Paintings in which "ready to ship" is specified will be shipped the next day. All other paintings will take 5-6 days
- Custom oil paintings take 2-4 weeks depending on the order.
- All other products take 2-4 days to ship.
If you are in a hurry please leave me a message so I can work on your order ASAP.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 1-3 business days
Europe: 2-5 business days
Asia Pacific: 3-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 48 hours of placing the order, for cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery for returns
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
